Thanks for a great post and audio. In the last interview with Penny Wood, she mentioned a list of top brands of pet food. I couldn’t find this on her website. Do you know how I can get that list? I loved the tips on making a change in my cat’s diet. I honestly didn’t realize how bad kibble was. My cat likes variety so I think I can add more healthy. He is very stubborn though about what he wants and “herds” me to the closest where treats are kept. I adopted him and he is an inside/outside cat. So, he does hunt for his food too. He’s very stubborn about that. I’m glad I live in an area where he can go outside. Thank you for your efforts in this substack. I appreciate it very much.
